Return & Exchange Policy
We take every precaution to ensure your purchase is of the utmost quality and free of defects. When your purchase arrives, please inspect it carefully for any damages. If the purchase arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 business days of receipt with your order number, photos and details about the product, and we will respond quickly with instructions. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund to "in-store credit" within 30 days of receipt of product. (Seasonal items and Gift Bundles are final sale, as well as Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refunds unless defective or damaged.) Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and "in-store pickup" items are not eligible for exchange at the store.
